Warranty Applications

If you have any Warranty claims, either download the Warranty claim form using the button below and email it through to warranties@tusonaustralia.com.au. Or fill in our online Warranty form.

  • TSC-1000unit remains under warranty for 24 months (2 years) from the date of sale to the retailer.
  • Consumers must keep all purchase receipts and unit numbers recorded for verification of warranty date.
  • WARRANTY IS NON TRANSFERABLE
  • Although we make use of approved installers and partners, Tuson will not be held responsible for improper installation of unit and only warrants the unit itself.
  • A warranty claim can be completed by filling out a Tuson Australia warranty claim form below
  • Full details of issues should be submitted, with as much documentation and proof as possible.
  • Warranty claim should be submitted within 30 days of discovery of fault with unit.
  • If fault is found within the warranty period, Tuson Australia will replace the unit.

Removal of the Product

Please follow these steps to make sure we receive the removed unit back in order for us to be able to test this.

  • Disconnect the LED light at the plug which is at the light.
    DO NOT CUT THE WIRE.
  • At the unit the wires must be cut 150mm from the unit. The unit should be attached by 4 screws.
